Doctor Blackmore is a graduate of the University of Missouri - Kansas City School of Dentistry, 1983, with undergraduate Degree A.B. in Biology from Washington University in Saint Louis, 1979.

After moving to Payson in 1983 he founded Frontier Dental Arts, dedicated to providing complete dental care for all age groups.  During the past 24 years Frontier Dental Arts has seen changes in Payson including growth, diversity in the population and an increase in what our community offers. Our Dental Practice keeps ahead of this pace with advancements in new technologies for dentistry.  Our town still retains the "Small Town Atmosphere.” and we welcome the retirees, families with children and of course our summer visitors, who take advantage of Payson's cool climate and hospitality.
