Dental treatment is an excellent investment and it is important to be able to schedule treatment and care right away.  Frontier Dental Arts is flexible in regards to your finance arrangements, however, we are a "Fee for Service Dental Provider."  Our staff is always available to answer your questions and/or assist you in any way we can.

 

DENTAL INSURANCE

Frontier Dental Arts accepts most major dental insurances. We are happy to process your insurance claims to maximize your benefits.  Since insurance can be confusing, we ask that you call or contact us with specific questions.  Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 45 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Fees less than $300 are due at the time service. We gladly accept: Cash, Checks, American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover.

Frontier Dental Arts is happy to offer a 5% prepayment courtesy for all treatment over $750 that is paid in full with cash or check prior to treatment commencing.

Fees of $300 to $1000 – Minimum of 50% down with the balance paid in full within 30 days.

Fees of $1000 to $2500 – Minimum of 50% down with the balance paid in 3 equal monthly payments.

Fees of $2500 and over – Minimum of 50% down with the balance paid in 6 equal monthly payments.

You may choose to make payments ahead of the time of services as a kind of “Lay Away Plan”.  Treatment will commence after the estimated patient portion has been paid.

Orthodontic treatment fees - Minimum of 30% down with the balance to be paid over the duration of the estimated time of services in equal monthly payments. 

NOTE: The account balance must be paid in full prior to removal of any appliances.

Invisalign treatment fees – Minimum of 50% down with the balance paid in 3 equal monthly payments.

For fees larger than $300 we can discuss some payment options that may be available to you.
